The template is GDPR Article 28 compliant. It names Replyion SL as data processor and the Clinic as data controller. Annexes cover the authorised sub-processor list and the technical and organisational security measures we implement.

Necesario para las clínicas que usan Replyion para procesar datos de pacientes bajo RGPD. Descarga la plantilla actual, revísala con tu DPO o asesoría legal, y Replyion firma como contraparte durante el onboarding.
La plantilla cumple con el artículo 28 del RGPD. Identifica a Replyion SL como encargado del tratamiento y a la clínica como responsable del tratamiento. Los anexos cubren la lista autorizada de sub-encargados y las medidas técnicas y organizativas de seguridad que aplicamos.
