Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-22

Replyion’s website uses almost no cookies. Here is the complete picture — there is nothing else.

1. Your consent record

When you make a choice in the cookie banner, we store that choice in your browser’s localStorage under the key cookieConsent. This is not a cookie, it is not sent to our servers, and it does not track you — it only remembers what you decided so we don’t ask again on every visit.

2. Essential authentication cookies

Operator and admin surfaces set authentication cookies after login so the session works. These are essential: they exist only on those logged-in surfaces, and the platform cannot function without them. Visitors reading the public website never receive them.

3. Analytics (opt-in only)

If you explicitly consent via the banner — and only if analytics is enabled for the site — we load Plausible, an EU-hosted, cookieless analytics tool that collects aggregated statistics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you. If you do not consent, nothing loads.

4. What we do not use

5. How to change your choice

The banner appears until you make a choice. To change it later, clear this site’s data in your browser (site settings → clear site data, or clear localStorage for replyion.com) — the banner will appear again on your next visit and you can decide fresh.

6. More information

How we handle personal data more broadly is described in our Privacy Policy. Questions: hello@replyion.com.
