Accessibility statement

Last updated: 2026-08-12

Our commitment

Replyion aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA across its public website, the clinic portal, and the operator console, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) as it applies to our services.

What we test, and how

Known limitations (honest)

Report a barrier

If anything on our site or in our product is hard to use with assistive technology, write to hello@replyion.com with the page and the problem. We treat access barriers as defects: they are triaged like functional bugs, not filed as feedback.

Enforcement and review

This statement is reviewed with our quarterly vendor and compliance review, and after any substantial interface change. Spanish users may also address complaints to the competent national authority under the EAA transposition applicable to them.
